That was Jesus' admonition when he was talking about the futility of worry.

Because what you're looking at determines your perception about life.

That's why when you sit with nature and all you're seeing are beautiful flowers, and birds singing, you feel at peace, you feel gratitude.

But when you get to work and see the chaos, you can internalize that and feel frustrated.

When you come on Instagram and see the displays, you can internalize that and feel discontent.

I think I'll change my wallpaper to a picture of birds and lilies, because that is all I want to be seeing now.

Years later, those same attributes qualified her to contest for beauty pageants and eventually she became a beauty queen.

Don't conclude on your future by the way things appear today. In fact the appearances in your life today will qualify you to be a model of favour tommorrow.
